Anwar Salawat is a fully offline reader for classical Islamic Durood and Salawat texts. It does not collect, transmit, store on any server, or share any personal data whatsoever. Everything happens on your device.
The app stores the following on your device only, using Android’s standard local storage (AsyncStorage):
This data never leaves your device. It is automatically excluded from Android’s Auto Backup mechanism via the app’s data_extraction_rules.xml.
The app’s installed permission set is the INTERNET permission only, which is automatically declared by the React Native framework but is not used by the app at runtime. The app makes no outbound network requests during normal operation.
The following permissions are explicitly removed from the manifest via tools:node="remove":

None. The app does not integrate with any third-party SDK, analytics provider, ad network, crash reporter, or backend service.
If a future version of the app introduces network features (e.g., audio recitation streaming, cloud backup of bookmarks), this policy will be updated to disclose that before the change ships, and an in-app notice will be shown on the first launch of the updated version.

Hosting note for Play Console: This file should be uploaded to a public URL (GitHub Pages, a personal website, or a static host like Vercel/Netlify) and the URL referenced in the Play Console “Privacy policy” field. Play Store requires a publicly accessible HTTPS URL — a local Markdown file is not sufficient for the listing.
